OXYGEN

Oxygen Generation

Oxygen in both gaseous and liquid phase is used in a wide range of applications in many industries.

For industrial facilities that require large volumes of oxygen there are a number of efficient methods for on-site oxygen production depending on specifications such as purity, flow, power consumption, footprint and portability.

Consultation with Gas At Site engineers will result in the preferred solution for your specific on-site oxygen supply requirements.

PSA Oxygen Generators

Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) is cost effective for on-site oxygen generation at purities from to 85%-95%. (Purities as high as 99% are possible).

Range purity: 90% to 98%

Flow Rate: 1-200 Nm³/h

Cost advantage of supplied liquid: up to 50%

Cryogenic Generators

The designing and delivery of fit-for-purpose Mobile On-site Gas Generators is one of Gas At Site’s core competencies. Units are supplied in robust containers to facilitate handling and are available complete with diesel compressors or externally powered. Additional cooling and specialist certifications are readily arranged.

Range purity: 95% to 99.99%

Flow Rate: 1-1000 Nm³/h

VSA & VPSA Oxygen Generators

VSA/VPSA generators are generally recommended for higher flow applications used at refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants and for water treatment facilities.

Range purity: 90% to 99.0%

Flow Rate: 1-600 Nm³/h

Cost advantage of supplied liquid: up to 50%

Portable Oxygen Systems

The designing and delivery of fit-for-purpose Mobile On-site Gas Generators is one of Gas At Site’s core competencies. Units are supplied in robust containers to facilitate handling and are available complete with diesel compressors or externally powered. Additional cooling and specialist certifications are readily arranged.
